Confirmed the right to fight rather than to become slaves in the british empire. British are trapped in the city of boston. Militia fortified the high ground on breed"s hill. Gage put on a british display of discipline. Orders soldiers to attack the militia on the high ground. 2,200 soldiers at a front assault and moved in 3 waves. Weighted 120 pounds and they were going uphill. Convinced the colonists that the only answer was independence.
