S/s: grade i: mild stretch of ac ligament; pain; point tenderness; swelling; discomfort during movement; no joint deformity. Grade ii: rupture of superior/inferior ac ligaments& stretch of cc ligaments; pain; point tenderness; swelling; some deformity; pain w abduction& horizontal w prominence of outer clavicular head; pain; point tenderness; loss of movement; instability.
