Reframing environmental values: people that value self transcendent life goals are more likely to be interested in environment issues over the economy (self enhancing, environmental issues framed between conservation and development, different cultures have different values. Licensing: most consumer choices follow others decisions, participants were more likely to choose a relative luxury after a license generating decision. Virtue/vice sequential decision making: people tend to make goals that maximize their long term values, people have to make choices that are unappealing in the present day but will be beneficial in the long run. Equal world, ariely: people only want equality if it is beneficial to them, based on veil of ignorance. On motivation, pink: people are motivated by rewards, there is a mismatch between what science knows and business does. Selling sustainability, howard: sustainability has changed from something that is nice to something we must do.
