What is ERP?
ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning
ERP software integrates various processes that are essential to running a business
(inventory and order management, accounting, human resources, customer relationship
management (CRM), etc) into one complete system
Central feature is a shared database that supports multiple functions used by different
business units
Some ERP solutions allow staff to pull reports from one system. Other common ERP
