Fitness center/gym on site, convenience benefits, dry cleaning on site, flexible work arrangement. Life cycle benefits: specific insurance products/benefits that are needed by ees at, who should receive the benefits/who should be protected? different stages at their life cycle. Spouses: legal marriage, domestic partnerships (taxable)
