Guilty minds, school victimization and dealers and smugglers. What do you think are some reason white-collar criminals justify their crimes: not murdering, so they don"t think it"s a big deal, anti-trust violators (4 of them): 1st theme: antitrust offenders focused on the everyday character and historical continuity of their offenses. 2nd theme: characterization of their actions as blameless. 3rd theme: offenders were very criminal of the motives and tactics of prosecutors. 4th theme: emphasized by the antitrust offenses involved a comparison between their crimes and the crimes of street criminals: tax violators (6 of them): Claimed everyone cheats and they were the unlucky victims to get caught. Mostly acted alone - used excuse to justify an error or mistake: or as a special circumstance occurred as they deliberately denied stealing from the government for personal gain. Some justi ed their actions as altruistic saying is not a criminal act.
