Just like all these organizations donating money for education, this is what we do to ensure people in poorer cities have the education they deserve. The article later explains how gates and broad helped to shape and fund two of the nation"s most extensive and aggressive school reform programs, which were located in chicago and new. York city but how they do not have credible improvement in student performance after years of experimentation.
