Grip: anyone involved with equipment; entry level position; picking stuff up and moving it around. Property master: someone responsible for props, weaponry, electronics, etc. Boom operators: someone who controls the sound. The producer gets: the right people, to the right place, at the right time, for the right amount of money. Above-the-line: include the list of individuals who guide, influence and hopefully add to the creative direction, process and voice of a given narrative in a film and their related expenditures: screenwriters, producer, director, actors, etc. Below-the-line: a term derived from the top sheet of a budget (motion picture, tv, commercial, industrial, student film, documentary, the (cid:858)li(cid:374)e(cid:859) i(cid:374) belo(cid:449)-the-line is the one separating the actors, director, producers, and writers from the other crew. Legal issues: copyright, public domain/fair use. The creator has passed away, and their legal representatives chose not to renew the copy right, 70 years later the work falls in public domain: talent releases.
