Administrative- emails, purchasing, staffing, event planning, writing policies, assessment. Practical- training student employees and their development, programmatic duties. Customer service- complaints/ issues, damaged or broken equipment, patron behavior, services (fitness, membership) Be sure to explore all your options within recreation, too.
