Rest and digest : not one or the other, work together but one asserts dominance over the other at times when necessary. Generalized anxiety disorder (gad: most recent addition to the dsm anxiety disorders, diagnostic criteria for gad. Excessive, uncontrollable worry over a variety of topics, more days than not. Including restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, and trouble sleeping.
