Kosek is horrified by the use of bees throughout the centuries (particularly in terms of warfare) They aren"t just trying to play god- they are trying to play bee. What he was trying to do is not loud enough. Kosek is uncomfortable by the idea that humans are preexisting and dogs are preexisting and we are trying to place them together. He does not like the idea that humans have been part honey bee and bees have been part human. His question is not what caused the decline but what relationships have been unfolding. Rather than being used simply as weapons of war, bees have become involved in the search for what is beyond the reach of human senses. Extension of the senses is utilizing their abilities. We want to let the bees grow but we also want to learn from bees. Swarming is a democratic process that is peaceful.
