I only met her briefly: lasandra, my expectations were fairly similar to how my experience was because i thought they would clean the rooms very thoroughly and they did. However, i was thinking that the rooms were cleaned with multiple cleaning products and that they regularly changed all the towels in the bathrooms. I also expected to be cleaning all nooks and crannies of the room, but they just focused on main areas to dust and clean so it was more efficient. This makes perfect sense: my first few moments with the housekeeping staff included them welcoming me and asking for my name. Some were eating their breakfast or sipping on their coffee. They were all discussing how report cards for their children had come out the day before.
