Environment: carl didn"t have an awareness of safety and caution of equipment. For example, using the dynamite would be really dangerous to harm people near in golf course or kill himself. He just thought how to kill a mole, not think much about the consequence of the equipment. In addition, he used the dynamite without any permission, which could violate the regulation or law, he might not notice about it. Ability: he had lack of communication skill because when he decided the way to remove the mole, he didn"t discuss with his boss rather act first with his owned plan. Furthermore, he didn"t analysis the outcome of his plan; just set a plan and act. When he made a dynamite, he did not calculate how powerful it is or how it damaging. Motivation: he might have a career ambition for working in a golf course as long time.
