The corpus callosum allows us to see a complete visual world by mentally connecting the parts together. It also helps both parts of the brain to re in synchrony, if it were destroyed, people would not be able to perceive partially blocked objects. Planum temporale (surface area) is usually larger in left hemisphere. People with dyslexic have larger right planum temporale. The right hemisphere interprets perceptual ambiguity (explains good images) The right hemisphere is good at perceiving images globally.
