Why do you think is disney successful for so long: evaluate disney"s 1995 abc acquisition. Disney has always been a company in the business of entertaining children and adults alike. This is mostly due to the fact that they have always maintained the lead in entertainment. They outperform their competitors by predicting the industry trends. For example, the case mentioned how walt disney had created the oswald franchise. When the franchise was copied by distributors, the company had to re-think their strategy. They then created the now iconic mickey mouse and this mouse seemed to bring success throughout the years. They then created snow white and many other movies that now have become part of many people"s childhoods. Another key to disney"s success is their company culture.
