Corrections: end of system, most ppl end up getting out paroal, probation, jail, prison. Exchange: comples w/ interdependent parts, policing side effects courts but can operate separately. Resource dependents: some departments get money from each other, not having enough=effects=cutbacks. Filtering process: ltered out of system at some point, many people arrested, by the time you reach corrects= fewer.
