A system of control in which, during the course of an action, sensory information related to the effects of motor commands does not affect future motor commands throughout that movement. You have sensation everything is still going to fire, but won"t have time to come back to the cns and be processed and then change the motor command. Movement control center generate motor commands to contract the muscles and interact with environment: sensory feedback won"t be used. For healthy people because we move too fast. The movement control center is part of the cns. Does not affect future motor command: cannot use feedback, can modify it for the next time, not for learning. Example: moving fast from one point to another. Every time you step- information will go to your brain and then motor. It"s a cycle: generate a neuro command.
