People tend to be more convinced when hearing instances about what they could lose rather than what they can gain. People are generally mindless and passive decision makers. If you present it in a way that suggests what way you want them to go, it can actually make them go in the direction you want. Don"t want to just ignore the negative facts. Use some of them to downplay bad things to make them seem they"re not that important. Use some of the more significant ones to explain good things to put more emphasis on them. Sued for negligence in 2005,7,10 and 12. They were only sued a handful times by the plaintiff.
