Constitution is at top, if in violation can overrule. Judiciary when interpreting the constitution can do the following. If federal state statute conflicts with the constitution, the constitution wins. The judicial branch has the right to determine what is constitutional. Judicial review to sit and evaluate the other branches. National conference of commissioners on uniform state laws.
