Over this past semester i have conducted research on the availability and pricing of housing for students whom attend the university of maine in. The enclosed report provides you with extensive information about the various aspects of housing considered for my final recommendation. My final recommendation was made off the information composed of these aspects. Through my research i found that many students felt they are paying too much for off-campus housing, especially considering the conditions, both safety and cleanliness, of their homes. My findings included these major points: students feel forced off campus after their first year. These four points mentioned were all concluded from the results of a survey that i posted to the announcements section of firstclass; this allowed for current students to anonymously answer the questions through a third party (qualtircs).
