Medical: refusal/delay in seeking medical care for child controversial: sexual: forcing, tricking, coercing sexual behavior between child and older person (eg. , fondling, penetration using sexual/nonsexual objects, pornography) Women tend to be perpetrators more often than men. Tend to be impoverished (stress hypothesis), poorly educated, have little help with kids.
