It is an app on my iphone that allows me to directly explore amazon"s shopping services, without having to go on a web browser. It allows for the very same functions that amazon on desktop would allow: browsing for products, adding products to the shopping cart, and ultimately purchasing products. I selected this application for my paper because of its relatively low 2. 8 out of 5 stars rating on the app store, with its customer reviews explicitly stating the user problems that they experience. These are the people who use the application. Amazon itself would consider online shoppers as their primary and most important stakeholder group, because of the fact that they are the customer, thus significantly affecting. Online shoppers are the ones who want to purchase products, thus would use this app to do so.
