The government of china has long been seen as strict and secretive. The communist ideology must and should always be the center of the life of every chinese citizen or so the government mandates it to be. Mr xi is the epitome of the trend on desirable world leaders. He is portrayed as the people"s uncle, an endearment that aims to bring his citizens" hearts closer to him. Along with the ever present beautiful wife and supports, mr. xi seems to want to change the image of his secretive and imposing government, into a progressive and warm one. Whether or not it"s genuine or just another ploy of the wily government still remains to be seen. It seems that his local followers are reluctant to change the current status quo. Futher reforms for the government must be pushed to change people"s initial perception.
