Cultural patterns are shared: developed through interactions. Def: the degree to which members of a culture are integrated into groups. Cultural patterns: provide systematic structure to help identify & examine reoccurring values. Collectivistic: people integrated into strong, cohesive in-gorups, group goals prevail over individual goals. Dominant values of a culture may not be shared by all individuals within that culture. The extent to which the less powerful members of institutions and organization within a country expect & accept that power is distributed unequally.
