Sept 5 2009 last day in this state that no one has died on the road. Pre response prep: all equipment set up ahead of time. Required resources: tow, fire, ambulance, county/city roads, additional units delegations. Documentation: time of call, responded from, time of arrival. Broken straps and wood issues from broken trailer. On and off the highway: tire marks, road scars, fluids, body tissue, debris.
