One study cited was from psychology today magazine. Without providing any methodology, the article cited 80% recidivism, and advertised the authors" clinic. Scotus judge quoted this statistic, and on that basis ruled against sex offenders being allowed to use facebook. Militarization of the border has created a category of being a perpetual non- citizen.
