Asian-americans = fastest growing racial group in america. Admission rate at harvard has been flat -> no shift based on current population. Limited enrollment for decades (12% limit) w/vague criteria. Too many jews were qualified based on merit (better grades + test scores) Were concerned about jewish problem -> wanted christian students.
