Added another element - 2 people for race. Black male with record vs white male without vs white male with vs black male without. If yu are a black male with record, second interview - 5% If you are a black male without record - 14% If you are a white male with record - 17% If you are a white male without record - 34% Chance of getting second interview cuts in half. Black male with no record has less chance at getting interview than a white male with a criminal record. Having a criminal record hurts whites, but not as much as it hurts blacks.
