April 6, 2017: what is comparative politics, the method of comparing countries that can help us make arguments about cause and effect by drawing evidence, ex. While in others, power is concentrated in the hands of a few: ex. The comparative method: two ways to generate hypothesis, inductive: find evidence and form hypothesis, deductive: form hypothesis and then find evidence, ex.
