While blacks are considered inferior american, asians and latinos are considered other . They are all fighting for first class citizenship . Their voices being heard is a positive for them, because then it makes it harder to mistreat them publicly compared to being mistreated privately. Many illegal immigrants are mistreated in their field of work because employers are aware that they are undocumented. Also, they don"t receive the federal aid that they normally would deserve out of fear of government agencies. The need to always change and structure the law in a way that maintains the current racial order. Anchor babies debate, in which children of undocumented peoples who are born in the us are given automatic citizenship.
