Macomb county, mi was the barometer of the changing partisan affiliation. Not being black constitutes being middle class, not living with blacks is what makes a neighborhood a decent place to live. When white voters see the democratic party as the party of minorities, it"s a bad thing, that if they are living next to blacks, then they are not middle class. Being middle class includes not living amongst blacks. Violent crimes against women are not limited to the streets of the inner cities, but also occur in the urban and rural areas across the country. The reason why this topic is important is because it is outside of the inner cities too, that"s why it must be addressed. Speaks to the lack of the prioritization towards the town, they have the highest levels of child poverty, losing jobs, majority blacks.
