More delinquent peers more likely to be adolescent limited and low child iq. Neurodevelopmental/ biological reasons and family problems deficit in life course persistent offenders. More people follow adolescent limited, few start early and don"t stop. All the offending was less as they got older. Those that did the highest actually dropped significantly. Except for the ones that persisted in doing crime- their brains didn"t mature. The super predators - teenagers will start commiting crimes like crazy. In california you can be tried as an adult- 14 age.
