Document Summary
Policy analysis and advocacy on child malnutrition in the united states. Malnutrition in the united states is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous issues that the country"s citizens have faced in the past and are currently facing. Even though there are many stories, articles, and headlines highlighting the horrors that malnutrition causes in other countries of the world, many people do not realize that malnutrition is a problem in the united states as well. In the united states, living on fixed incomes and rising medical costs can mean being forced to decide between food and medications for some people, limiting the access to the extra cost of essential nutrition. If the us wishes to address these crises, it would be logical to act towards more funding. However, the best way to increase the productivity is to fundamentally change the processes of availability & create public health interventions through policies that aim at improving the nutritional status of the us population.
