Violence is part of our culture and the universally understand language of street gangs. There are some americans who believe people are addicted to violence. Food, fight, flight, freeze, f**k responses in the brain that release different hormones (reptilian brain. Victims who experience trauma will have fragmented memories and somatic memories. Violence is seen as a form of entertainment in america. Violence is a universal language understood everywhere in the world. Street gangs use violence as a means of respect and intimidation. Violence is the language of street gangs and is used as a tool. When kids hang around their friends, they act like them. Children are like sponges: whatever they hear or see at home they will repeat. Women process information differently than men do and look at violence and relationships differently too.
