Good effects of marijuana: creativity center goes off. Three main strategies people have to prevent gang joining: suppression, intervention, prevention. Homeboy industries by father boyle is a great intervention program and it is a great rehab center. Gender and cultural sensitivity are important to these programs which seek to prevent gang joining.
