Psychosocial health is once again the balance of your total health mentally, socially, spiritually, and emotionally. Many people do different things in
their lives to promote good psychosocial health. What works for me and my girlfriend is having a game night with some of our close friends. Every so
often we decide to plan the night and invite a few people over to play some games after having a having a good home cooked meal. These are usually
any games that anyone wants to bring over for us all to play as a group. This promotes a good balance of all of the 4 kinds of psychosocial health in
