Endocrine part of pancreas secretes endocrine hormones such as. Insulin: sensitive to high blood glucose, normal blood glucose in healthy person is about 70-110 mg/dl. more than 120mg/dl, insulin is active. Tight junction of cell prevents passage of large molecules from one cell to other cell.
