We actually as a community as a community of people hold on to our traditional territories. When we talk about gender it"s the social historical constructions of it. Gender construction of american indian women and settler colonialism. Not a given that women are the same in native communities and non native communities. The area they are in there race is what sets them apart. Extractive resources ge taken back to the people"s country who is invading. The land title becomes the one who conquered it. Settler colonialism a different form in the new world. Founding and establishing communities so that hey take over the new word. Allowed europe to continue their own going hierarchy . It"s national because legal conquest it sets up particular social class economic markets etc. What is also tied in is a land base. African people get extracted from africa and made into slaves. Through the logic that the market economy produces.
