There is always a king he lives forever soul of kingship continues on for generations no period in between kings. Djet aspect is that the specific king will never come back on to the earth after he"s gone. King has a royal ka that jumps from the next person to the next person: mortal body. Kings have been assassinated or died gods should not die. You don"t want a king that"s dead and irreplaceable, but you also don"t want a king who"s a god that shouldn"t be on earth have to have both.
