Document Summary

Don"t have calories (energy) but are still essential. Salt, electrolytes, sodium, iodine, iron, calcium, etc. These minerals all have important functions in the body. Vitamin supplements are not very useful, as we already get enough in our diet. Some are water soluble, some are fat soluble. Water soluble include vitamin c, bn, and cannot be stored in the body. Water insoluble (aka fat soluble) include vitamin a, d, e, k and can be stored in the body. Foods we eat have lots of water, so we do not only need to get water by drinking. Being healthy is a combination of diet and exercise. Obesity is caused mainly by unhealthy lifestyle choices. Diet is way more of a factor than exercise for losing weight. Exercise has some benefits for weight loss, and a myriad of benefits for general health. There is no best type of exercise, all are good for you.
