For the native american people they must worry about it. The remains of their ancestors are being taken out for many reasons. To make room for projects and building when cities begin to expand and get more populated. One big one is for scientific exploration. You would hope that they are rendered in different places. They are considered to be natural specimens. This is why you see the discussion of the remains anot in a art museum of a history museum but at a natural history museum. They don"t look at native americans as humans. They see them as objects artifacts things that aren"t recognized as living beings.
