What should you do in an interview: persuade (yourself and others, show your (good) personality, show that you play nicely , be interesting, be informative (tell them what they want to know, give examples. Think about: how would your three best friends describe you, are you a planner , the one who solves the problems, the social organizer, try to relay this to interview. Mock interviews: you can do this with career counselor or even a friend but they have to be objective, 45 minutes at most, assess for fakeness . Other musts for interview: be on time, dress professionally, look at fifty questions most frequently asked in interviews section in your book, turn off your phone, keep other job options out of it, try to relax and enjoy. Thoughts about interviewing: you control the information that is presented during the interview, employers can only ask questions.
