1. Do humans have an innate instinct for aggression and violence?
a. If you think so, do all people have it in equal measure (throughout gender, age,
class, race/ethnicity, religion, etc.)
b. Men seem to have a more violent aesthetic in U.S. culture as compared to women,
as many of our violent attributes are culturally taught, as it is thought that men are
supposed to be more dominant and thus, more dominant.
c. Depends on what you are raised to value, and ideologies and cosmologies.

2. What would instigate violence and aggression?
a. The PERCIEVED threat:
i. Self, family
iii. Career (An ability to succeed and be capable)
iv. Country (for the nationalistic)
v. Religion (something that people are attached to emotionally, like family)
vi. Possessions, and thus a direct threat to status, as your possessions often
