Event is so rare, only one of the two will be affected. Ct (cholera toxin) /+ (wt/no change) (heterozygous: ct is expressed in wings. Mate 2 heterozygous 1/4 will be homozygous ct/ct. Homozygous= 2x higher level compared to hetero fly wings: tissue called epithelium= epithelial tissue in our guts.
