Private api endpoints should not be designed the same as public ones b/c: Change may be easier if you control the client code. Efficiency or security changes may be less impacted b/c ease of use for outside api users is not a consideration. Iteration: i don"t buy it, it"s time to stop exploring. Make a choice, and iterate on it (bring out the deep quality ) Strings, numbers, booleans, null, arrays, and stringified objects. Json js (people complain to never use it!) // eval() - allows you to talk to the interpreter w/ some string. Note: settimeout() is an eval() with a time on it! You aren"t solving the fundamental issue by deprecating eval()! Language which allows us to define other languages. Define markup languages and data packets with it. Formal definitions: document type definitions (dtd) or schemas. Dataabase doesn"t need to be anything in particular! Endpoint itself may encapsulate many systems themselves that do other things.
