If you talk about the recorded experience of men and women orgasm: cant tell the difference between what they are like. 3 patterns that see to be most common. Excitement, then plateau, then resolution: women will experience this way more than men, most will do this. Excitement, orgasm, plateau, another orgasm a third time then resolution. But capability is there for almost all women. Some women will report that they don"t feel any different from men- they don"t completely lose arousal. Some will report building up or orgasm. Some will report rapid fire orgasm- intense orgasm- almost extended or 2 quick sequential orgasm. Some people don"t feel any (or very little) sexual attraction. Still may masturbate or get into relationships little anxiety over this fact: may have sex just for their partner.
