Most people don"t die of lung cancer until they are old. (the numbers won"t be on the midterm btw) Drug addiction is the most costly disease , 1st in cost to society! Not super funded bc not an attractive issue/taboo to politicians. American psychiatric association/dsm has 10 classes of abused drugs. Tobacco is the most common drug dependence among population, alcohol is second. Acute reinforcement/social drinking escalating/compulsive use/binge drinking . Being an addict is being a slave to something or someone. Nada: a chronic, relapsing brain disease that is characterized by compulsive drug.
