Seems easy to find negatives about processed foods but not about raw foods such as fruits and vegetables. Processed foods contribute a wide range of nutrients at all levels of processing. Atoms are made up of smaller subatomic particles like electrons, protons, neutrons. When 2 or more atoms bond together . Electrons in atoms are arranged around the nucleus in orbits. Some electrons are help close and tightly to the nucleus others are help more weakly. Metals hold their outermost electrons very weakly and give them away easily. This is the basis for a chemical reaction.
