Wants to become ceo, in competition with bill peach. Bill peach met up with unico"s biggest customer (whose order was late) and said he would work it out personally and get it shipped by that day. Workers/employees are arguing about whether to stop one job and set up the late one. Eventually a worker bill yelled at, quit. Bill threatened al he was going to close the plant if al didn"t turn the plant around within 3 months. The plant is currently not doing well especially since al came to the company. Order gets shipped bc employee (donavan) grabbed everyone he could and put them all to work on this order. Made ppl work overtime which is against rules. They have good people, good machines, good materials. According to al, that"s not the way it"s supposed to be done. The problem with peach is that he does not care about his employee"s.
