Diff audiences require diff things; always tailor speech to audience this is more effective or persuasive and personal: ea of these fields has a unique audience w/ diff demands and expectations for its presenters. In order to influence your audience, you must first know your audience. It"s easier to (cid:272)ha(cid:374)ge ppl"s attitudes tha(cid:374) to (cid:272)ha(cid:374)ge their (cid:271)eliefs/ values. Attitudes is more on the surface and easier to change; can think of as preferences. Beliefs and values are harder to change as they are a core. Know as much as possible about them. Audience analysis: gather audience info before speech. Tailoring to audience is better so knowing more is better to do this: this can be done 2 ways:
